As Innovator you are part of a group of colleagues contributing to a mission. The Innovation Hub works closely with various business units, regional and international airports, all part of the Royal Schiphol Group. How you achieve results in this? That’s up to you. We trust in the way you Envision the total concept even before it is actually there. You put your talents to work at:

Will be co-creating transformative & disruptive innovations (our moon & Mars shots).
Design & execute experiments.
Collaborate with startups, partners and knowledge institutes.
Contribute to building ecosystems, we cannot get to moon and Mars alone!
Facilitate workshops, write pitch decks/proposals.

You will report to the Head of Innovation. In the daily routines you will work closely together with one or multiple innovation leads and/or fellow innovators.

Also, you are the talent who approaches problems as a challenge and finds a good solution for them at lightning speed. In addition, for this position you have:

Minimum HBO working and thinking level.
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
An entrepreneurial mentality and approach and affinity with agile ways of working.
Fluent in English.

€ 4401 to € 6128 gross per month (Schaal 11).
A 13th month (year-end bonus).
The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week.
180 vacation hours.
