- Ensures Royal Schiphol Group wide planning and performance cycle resulting in sound financial plans and results being delivered to the shareholders.
- Independently creates long range financial planning models and orchestrate planning activities based on key business drivers and KPIs.
- Provides insights into past and future financial and business performance of the company, both short and long term.
- Develops analytical models to solve complex business challenges when it comes to integrated business planning and performance management.
- Ensures insights created or enabled by the role contribute to ‘Support best value for money decisions’ and ‘Increased Business Partner Role’ – core two ambitions in Finance Vision 2025.
- Ensures Royal Schiphol Group wide planning and performance cycle resulting in sound financial plans and results being delivered to the shareholders-
- Controlling of the Workforce costs companywide to ensure delivery of the ‘workforce‘ strategy in accordance with the financial requirements.
