15+ years relevant working experience within (corporate) finance departments and preferably relevant external audit experience within the Big 4.
WO degree in accounting or finance with an advanced degree or certification (such as RA, CPA, CA or ACCA)
Counterpart for MT Finance, Director Finance and CFO
Proven experience in steering a team with a large span of control
Strong organizational skills and capacity to continuously improve with the team
Proactive in advice and independently initiates improvement processes
Excellent communication skills to convince at different levels within the organization
Strong analytical skills and result oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
