As a Corporate Finance Advisor you will work on a broad range of topics, such as attracting external financing for Royal Schiphol Group, (international) M&A transactions, execute hedging strategies and international business development. Together with Treasury colleagues, you will present Schiphol towards external stakeholders (such as banks and bond investors) and support internal decision-making of senior management with best in class financial analyses. How you achieve results in this? That’s up to you. We trust in the way you can distinguish between main and secondary issues and make connections. You put your talents to work at:
- Supporting financing projects to attract a broad range of external debt, including loans and issuing bonds,
- Developing financial models to determine cash flow projections, financing need and / or valuation
- Participating and partly manage (financing, M&A) transactions and liaise with external corporate finance and due diligence teams;
- Using quantitative and qualitative analysis and develop presentations / board papers to enable decision making by (senior) management;
- Researching and analyzing relevant (financial) data, market developments and other relevant information to assess (financial) performance.
- Implementing and maintaining assurance policies (such as impairment analysis, going concern analysis, stress testing of cash flow forecasts, alignment with Treasury policies);
- Signaling and driving optimization opportunities in processes and policies.
Together with Schiphol International colleagues develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of international acquisition and partnership opportunities.
Schiphol International has the ambition to be a world player in international airport development and is responsible for managing the current portfolio of international airport investments as well as expanding the portfolio by adding new investments.
You will report to the Corporate Treasurer and work closely with the Schiphol International team.
