Procurement and contract management is responsible for Royal Schiphol Group's strategic procurement policy. A focus on category and contract management contributes to the realization of long-term organizational goals. Services and products must be available at the right time to keep the organization running.


The goal is to continuously optimize demand, specifications, price and cost, together with clients. We use our specialized knowledge and expertise on the supply chain and supplier market of and for Schiphol, for now and in the future. Contract management

We steer for maximum contract performance and are not afraid to intervene. We are not yet where we want to be, but we are working very hard on this. Two accents stand out.
